I understand I am signing up for a 1-year contract and am responsible for paying the full year, even if I cancel right after the service is performed or the software is installed. NVIZI purchases software licenses in bulk on my behalf every year to keep prices low, so ending the membership early means NVIZI still pays for the full year. There are no partial-month refunds. If I use the service for any part of a month, even a single day, I pay for the whole month. If I decide to cancel, I must give 32 days notice. My final monthly payment covers that notice period, during which NVIZI / Naples PC schedules a time to end the contract and remove the admin and security software from my devices. By the time that final payment is processed, my security software will already have been removed. I understand this charge is non-refundable, as described in the refund policy. I have read and agree to the terms of service and the cancellation policy. I am making this decision on my own, without pressure, and I understand exactly what I am signing up for.
