Refund policy
We have a strict no refunds policy, which means all purchases are final and cannot be returned. We are a small private company that automatically pays bills, charities, and capital loans with our profits and do not have thousands of dollars standing by for your pleasure. If the item you purchased is defective and you are still under warranty, we will handle the claim for you according to your agreement with NVIZI. If under unusual circumstances a return is accepted within seven days or less, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Otherwise; All Sales are Final.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If for any reason you decide to contact your credit card and chargeback to our account, there will be potentially severe consequences including but not limited to; an internet review posted to your business describing our experience with you, a mandatory $21.99 chargeback fee, mandatory processing fees, court filing a public case in your name, collections reported to your credit report, collection fees, or a potential warrant issued for your arrest. In order to avoid these life changing experiences; it is best to do everything possible to communicate with us directly if you have any issues regarding your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-replaceable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can not exchange any item for a lesser value item, as well exchanges of any kind will not be accepted if the purchase date is longer than 7 days. Please make sure you absolutely want what you are purchasing before selecting a product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the repair / replacement was approved or not. If approved, your product will be shipped within 10 business days or less. Please remember it can take some time for repairs and shipping.
