Since I signed up with NVIZI my computer has been protected as promised. In today's world when you call any company for service, you usually get artificial computer generated help which, most of the time, does not solve your problem or sends you to written information which does not solve your problem. Not to mention the time you have to spend on your request which resolves nothing. With NZIVI about 95% of the time you are immediately speaking with a person who solves your problem in a short period of time. Regarding the other 5% I always get a call back. Whenever I call for help but then discover how to solve the problem and I hang up before anyone answers I still get a call back. Who can ask for anything more!!!!!!
Nate, owner of Naples PC almost always responds to a question or problem within a few minutes and it doesn’t matter what time and day it is. I like that I can depend on him because I’m usually in panic mode when something happens and I need to use my laptop.
Best thing is I don't worry about anyone getting into my computer. Last year someone broke into my chase account through my computer and stole almost 600,000 points (almost $6,000). Chase declined restoring points but after Nate wrote a letter explaining what happened they restored all points.
